Our philosophy
At Oxygen Learning, we have a mission: we are a team committed to challenge, motivate and empower individuals within organisations to achieve increased performance and improved quality of life by delivering fun and impactful programmes and events.
We are an end-to-end learning and development consultancy who work with organisations to identify their people development requirements and then meet them through the design, communication and delivery of training – either at large-scale conferences, or more-focused programmes in smaller groups.
We operate at three different levels in organisations - Organisational development, team and leadership development; and personal development - and we believe our uniqueness comes from the energetic style we use to challenge and motivate our delegates at each of these levels. All of our facilitators have extensive experience designing and delivering programmes for national and global clients including Microsoft, CIS, Legal and General, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Barclays Bank.
All of us are on personal missions to give people the tools they need to achieve their full potential in life.
