About
We came together from diverse walks of life to form Oxygen Learning. What bonds us is our passion for learning. And our commitment to the people and organizations who trust us with their hearts and minds.

We’ve been told by our clients that we are amazing, dynamic, and sometimes life-changing. And... well... different. (As in a ‘breath-of-fresh-air’ different.) These are good things for us to hear, given how driven we are to enable people to succeed.

Our approach is hands-on, immersive, interactive, personal, and innovative. Our objective is to make a huge, positive effect on your bottom line. Because that’s what happens when people absorb, evolve, retain, and apply new learnings to their day-to-day life.
Juliana Stancampiano Juliana Stancampiano
Juliana is Oxygen Learning's CEO and chief motivator. When you meet her, one thing consistently shines through -- It's all about people. Always has been. Always will be. So much so, in September 2009 Juliana bought Oxygen Learning and made Seattle its home. Juliana's background is diverse, from working in a large law firm, to hopping the big pond to take a job in Munich, Germany, making Europe her home for over 4 years. Not too surprising, her roles have all been about people development, leading to her passion and her mission - to revolutionize corporate training. Her mantra? Make it easy to learn, easy to remember, and easy to use. Which results in becoming a better employee, and a better leader. Her influence has made a measureable difference for companies like Microsoft, GSK, Harris Group and Active Networks.
Jessica Garcia Jessica Garcia
Jessica is Oxygen's Business Development Manager and chief influencer. When you meet her, you instantly get her focus: it’s your business. And there is good reason why she gets it: she's held decision-making roles in the areas of project management, account management and customer service in an 11-year career at Microsoft. So why did she leave Microsoft to join Oxygen? She felt the power that meaningful training had on her life first-hand in Oxygen Learning conferences in Europe. She drank lots of the Kool-Aid and is now Oxygen's most passionate evangelist, educating the world about how Oxygen’s custom-designed training influences ROI.
Angela Neal Angela Neal
Successful companies always have business operations that run smoothly, seamlessly and efficiently. Oxygen Learning is no exception, and that’s because of Angela. When not snowboarding, traveling, and pursuing an unusually vital lifestyle, Angela manages all aspects of program delivery for Oxygen and then some. She brings a global, diverse group of skill sets to the team, having lived in the UK for 4 years and having worked within global industries such as export logistics and Microsoft. She has over 20 years of extensive management experience and has always had a passion for helping people become the best they can be through training, open communication, and personal development, so when she met Oxygen Learning, it was a match made in heaven. Angela is the safe-keeper of the company. Don’t try and pull a fast one on her…she’s always one step ahead!
Rich McLafferty Rich McLafferty
Rich brings an extensive background in learning and organization development (including leadership and management development), to the Oxygen team. But he can also relate knowledgeably to many aspects of client business, based on his experience in sales, marketing, brand engagement, and customer experience strategies. In previous roles at American Airlines, US Airways, Sprint Nextel/Boost Mobile and Clearwire Inc., Rich led training design and delivery for worldwide audiences in the areas of leadership development, consultative selling skills, end-to-end customer experience design strategies, culture change initiatives, and building teams of brand ambassadors. You’ll like Rich—he is well-known as an architect of change and challenger of the status-quo. Translation: be ready for a fun, non-traditional, hands-on, and engaging learning and development approach. And be ready for change.
