• Travelled the world as a child, living in a number of different countries
• Married to Patsy with two children, Laura and Frank, and a cat called Daisy. Everyone except for Daisy is at University. Daisy can’t be bothered despite being told.
• Scared of heights but can't resist looking over the top of tall buildings
• Founded a "Soccer School" for over 200 children per week and handed it over to the community
• Owns a Lambretta and is a reborn scooterist
• Contributes to The Lucca Leadership Trust and is on the Board of their South Africa Team
• Is a member of Greenpeace, NSPCC and Amnesty International

• Loves designing challenging learning experiences and delivering Key Note Speeches, large conferences and leadership development
• Was the Managing Director of a multi-million pound Maintenance & Construction Company
• Enjoys working with Board of Directors; non Executive Directors, senior Leaders and the like.
• Advises our Customer Facing Teams and works at senior levels within our partnerships at Microsoft, Co-operative Financial Services, The AMA (in full please) and Fujitsu Services
• Is a Director at Oxygen Learning, has a Post Graduate Diploma and is a member of the Institute of Directors
• Enjoys a challenge and a bit of fun
